Since the Fall 2024 semester, we have successfully held 2 screening events and served 30+ community members at Downtown Day Services Center. In addition to screenings, we have engaged in public health education events with the African American Health Association and served dialysis patients by providing them essential care packages and cookbooks with kidney-friendly recipes.
